Trying to put into a short paragraph a dog's personality is so difficult but even more so trying to explain what sort of girl Hope is..........as you can see for her achievements Hope has won very well in the show ring but that is only superficial. Hope doesn't care that she is a champion - she is just a dog that wants to please be it in the showring, in the shooting field or just running in the park. She has a very keen natural working instinct and will retrieve all day long. In the ring Hope shows her true golden nature and is so calm and gentle and in the park she turns into a different dog she is lightning fast and totally obsessed with tennis balls and is never to be found in a park without one in her mouth. However, at home she is the biggest sook and my constant shadow.
Mere words cannot describe how much she means to me.
